Please arrive ON TIME by 12:00 for briefing and immediate departure by coach.

Lunch will not be provided, please have meal on your own before departure.

Shared bedrooms for up to 4 people (male and female will be separated).
A Bed, a bed sheet, a pillow, and a blanket for every person.
Shared bathrooms with hot water (male and female will be separated).
A dining hall.
A function room.
A Chapel.

Please BRING your own:

Comfortable clothes appropriate for Sunday Mass.
Sweater or warm clothes.
Trousers.
Slippers.
An umbrella (in rainy season).
Personal items for 3 days 2 nights stay-in.
Personal toiletries: towel, shower gel or body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc.
Personal medication.
Personal drinking bottle.

The following meal will be provided on the Venue:

Dinner for Friday evening.
Breakfast for Saturday morning.
Lunch for Saturday afternoon.

Some snacks and hot beverages during breaks in between sessions.

Please NOTE that:

All communication devices must be switch off during sessions.
No photo taking, audio, or video recording in during sessions.
Smoking only allowed during breaks at appropriate places.
You are obligated to attend every sessions during the Weekend.
Late arrival or early departure will not be tolerated.
You are not allowed to leave the Venue during the Weekend.
Any cancellation H-3, will activate, no refund policy on any circumstances.
You will be transported back by coach, leaving the Venue by 19:00 on Sunday and expected to arrive at the Meeting point by 21:00. Actual arrival time may vary depends on traffic.
